Mars Water Treatment Company provides high purity water that produces De-Mineralization columns in various sizes to reduce dissolved solids from 5 ppm to 1 ppm. This is accomplished by employing the ion exchange process and two or three column techniques. Anion resin that has been regenerated by acid is used in the demineralization process to extract minerals from water. Ion exchange demineralization is widely used to produce the purest water possible. Membrane treatment is necessary before using an ion exchange system when the TDS is more than 1200 ppm.
